No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

A fine of 10,000 THB will be charged for any violations.

Geographical limits: The vehicle is for use within Thailand only. Cross-border travel is prohibited.

Insurance & damage: Insurance is included but covers non-fault accidents only. If you are at fault, or if the car sustains any scratches or damage without a third party, repair costs will be deducted from your security deposit.

Mileage: Unlimited kilometers.

Maintenance: Free routine maintenance (tires, brakes, etc.) is included. Customers must bring the car to our office or a designated garage when service is due. This covers standard maintenance only, not repairs caused by customer usage.

No pets: Pets are not allowed in the vehicle.

No racing and illegal activities: The vehicle must not be used for racing or any illegal activities.

Unauthorized persons: Driving by non-employees or individuals not included in the authorized driver list is strictly prohibited.

Transport of goods: Unauthorized transport of goods or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited
