2. Car Rental Services

2.1 Our car rental service is exclusively for companies, business entities, and organizations and is not available for individual rentals.

2.2 Companies wishing to rent a vehicle must provide accurate and complete information, including required documents such as

- Company Registration Certificate

- Copy of the authorized director’s ID card

- Copy of VAT registration (if applicable)

- Other relevant documents

 

3. Rental Terms

3.1 Rental Duration:Rentals are available on a monthly or yearly basis as per the contract terms.

If an extension or early return is required, the company must notify at least 30 days in advance.

3.2 Our rental vehicles are covered by first-class insurance, which covers accidents.

The renter is not responsible for repair costs except in cases of policy violations.Regular maintenance, including oil changes and vehicle inspections, is the responsibility of Pattaya car rent center Co.,Ltd.

4. Rental Fees and Payment

4.1 Rental fees are charged based on the rates agreed upon in the contract.

 

4.2 Payments must be made within the specified timeframe (e.g., at the beginning of each month or as per contract terms).

 

4.3 Late payments may incur penalties or interest charges as determined by the company.

 

5. Cancellation and Vehicle Return

 

5.1 If the rental contract is terminated early, at least 30 days' notice is required, and the customer must pay the full rental fee for the entire contract period, including any applicable termination fees.

6. Restrictions on Vehicle Use

 

6.1

- Prohibited uses include Participation in illegal activities races

- Transporting goods or hazardous materials without permission

- Allowing unauthorized individuals to drive the vehicle

 

6.2 Violating these terms may result in contract termination and damage claims.

 

7. Privacy Policy

 

7.1 Customer information will be kept confidential and used solely for business operations.

 

7.2 The company will not disclose customer data to third parties unless required by law.
